Did you know that September 18-24 is "Build a Better Image Week?"
Kick off the week by attending the Society of Women Engineers Rocky Mountain Section Engineer Your Presence - Boosting the impact of your verbal and non-verbal communication mini-conference on Saturday, September 17th.
This conference is about acknowledging that our image–how we speak and how we look–is a constructive power. Yet, in the day to day overwhelm of our lives, it is easy to neglect and discount the impact our image has on our ability to lead others, communicate effectively, and even be appreciated and rewarded for our work!
Join SWE RMS for a day of innovation and intrigue as you create a personal style that is uniquely you, feminine and professional in both your verbal and non-verbal communication.
Whether you are an experienced professional or a collegian preparing for your career, you can:
Enjoy a dynamic keynote speaker and meet our new board
Learn from locally and nationally recognized experts in the fields of image and conversation
Go beyond typical networking to partner with other brilliant, like-minded engineers and technologists throughout the day
Participate in a technical tour led by industry experts OR a golf clinic led by a local, female pro-golfer
